Hello everyone! Today, or rather when I’m writing this post, I am in Mystic Connecticut visiting my amazing family! As you all know I live in Kansas, so one of the things I’ve enjoyed while I’m here is THE OCEAN!!! I love just the smell of the sea air and the feel of the sand beneath the feet, and I’ve really missed it, but not nearly as much as I’ve missed my cousins.

One of my favorite things about going to see my family is the time we spend in the kitchen together, laughing and making yummy food. That’s why I’m sharing an amazing (and healthy) recipe that my cousin taught me to make while I was here! Enjoy!
What you need:
1 cups Chocolate Chips
3 Bananas
1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
How to Make it:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. In a bowl mash the bananas until they’re a thick smooth purée.

3. Add the oats and stir until throughly combined. Mix in the chocolate chips.

4. Place about a tablespoon on the mixture on a baking sheet, making sure to spread each tablespoon apart by about 1/2 inch.
5. Bake for about 13 minutes or until golden brown and the chocolate had melted. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 more minutes.

6. Enjoy!
Yum yum yum! These are Sooooo good! I strongly suggest inviting friends or family to enjoy them with you, because there really is nothing like family in the kitchen!
Love always,
Tryphena
Whoa! These sound so good and easy to make especially since there’s not egg or flour!
